Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of the retail department, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and synergy.
  • Analyse sales trends and market conditions to inform retail strategies.
  • Manage and mentor retail staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
  • Continually seek opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Retail should have:

  • Proven experience in a senior retail management role, preferably with luxury brands and pop-up retail experience.
  • Strong track record of managing P&L, delivering increased sales, and improving overall business performance.
  • Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and the luxury retail sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages such as Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, or French is a plus.
  • Strong CRM skills to cultivate an elite client book and leverage customer relationships for business growth.
