Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsStrong background of working in commercial propertyExperience of managing a small teamAbout Our ClientThis company based in Hampshire are a market leader in their industry, operating in the UK and Europe.Job DescriptionThe Head of Property position will hold the following skills:Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and leases.Drafting and negotiating options for easement, deeds of easement, licences to assign, underleases, and licences to carry out alterations and land transfersHandle all commercial property matters including reports on title, pre-contract searches and enquiriesProvide advice to mitigate any title risks or defects identifiedSupporting external counsel in the review and preparation of certifications of title relating to project acquisitions and disposalsLead and supervise junior members of the teamWork closely with business development and other internal teams to support on all property related mattersThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate for the Head of Property will need to have the following skills and experience:Be a qualified solicitorHave a strong background and knowledge of working in commercial propertyHave experience of training, supervising or leading a small teamsHave excellent communication skills to be able to partner effectively with internal teamsBe able to prioritise workload within the team to meet strict deadlinesWhat's on OfferThis is a Permanent role to join a growing team and organisation.
