  • Developing and executing strategic procurement plans.
  • Leading a large procurement and supply chain team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head of Procurement' should have:

  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the property industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
