Job Description

The Head of Operations will:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes
  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve company objectives
  • Manage and lead a cross functional team, promoting a productive work environment
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards
  • Identify opportunities for process and product improvements
  • Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

The Successful Applicant

The successful Head of Operations will possess a range of the following:

  • Experience in a senior role within the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record in managing cross functional teams
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and strategies
  • Demonstrable leadership acumen with ability to develop high performing teams
  • Analytical with the ability to identify and implement improvements through data metrics
  • High level communicator with strong EQ
  • Experience with budget management and reporting
  • Passion, determination and drive
