Job Description

As a Head of Lab Operations you will have overarching responsibility for the day to day running of three key departments covering lab operations, science & development and sample management. You will use your industry knowledge and operational experience to plan work-flows through the lab, ensure adequate resource, and enable key scientific projects to be delivered in line with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful you will have hands on operational experience spanning laboratory workflows and sample management, with proven leadership and line management experience. A scientific background is highly advantageous, alosngide expeirence in a related industry.
