Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function for the business.
  • Engage in strategic financial decision-making at the departmental and company level.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
  • Provide financial insight and guidance to senior management.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of FP&A should have:

  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
  • Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Exceptional analytical, decision-making and strategic planning skills.
