Job Description

  • Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function to support strategic decisions
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business strategy
  • Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting process
  • Establish and manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain an understanding of the public sector landscape and its impact on financial planning
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of FP&A should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
  • Proven experience in a senior FP&A role
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
  • Subscription based business experience
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Strong systems knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence
  • Able to build excellent working relationships at all levels in a diverse, international environment
