Job Description

  • Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls across all operations.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to support business decision-making.
  • Lead and develop the accounting and finance team, promoting best practices.

  • Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Financial Control should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in financial control or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the business services industry is advantageous.
