Job Description

  • Look after P2P and O2C operations.
  • Oversee the operational processes within the Accounting & Finance department to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise resource allocation and workflow.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align department goals with organisational objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the business services industry.
  • Manage and mentor team members to foster professional growth and productivity.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the organisation's interests.
  • Drive innovation and process improvement initiatives across the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance (Shared Services) should have:

  • 8-10 years of experience in finance operations, primarily P2P and OTC processes.
  • Team management exposure
  • Ideally have been part of a Shared Services Centre environment
  • Experience with multiple different ERP Platforms
  • Have multi entity experience
  • A strategic approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
