Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans.
  • Lead on budget preparation, management, and review.
  • Ensure financial sustainability and risk management.
  • Provide financial insights to inform decision-making.
  • Manage, guide, and develop a team of finance professionals.
  • Engage with stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Oversee financial reporting and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance Business Partnering should have:

  • An academic background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning and budget management.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Strong interest of the Membership sector.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance.
