Job Description

  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team
  • Create and execute strategic digital marketing plans
  • Track and analyse digital marketing campaigns
  • Optimise SEO and SEM strategies for maximum visibility and ranking in major search engines
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation efforts
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Digital Marketing should have:

  • An educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Hands on experience within Magento and Wordpress
  • Excellent knowledge of analytics platforms including GA4
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
