A Head of Debt Capital Markets is required for a well known energy and natural resources corporation. The successful candidate will demonstrate an in-depth understanding of debt capital markets and financing structures.

Job Description

  • Lead the Debt Capital Markets team and drive the execution of debt financing transactions.
  • Manage the company's capital structure and liquidity, including a debt portfolio of over £1bn
  • Develop and implement financing strategies for long-term business objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with banks and investors.
  • Stay abreast of market conditions and regulatory changes in the energy and natural resources sector.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations.
  • Present financial reports and strategies to the board of directors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Debt Capital Markets should have:

  • A background in corporate treasury or corporate finance
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, debt instruments, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
