  • Lead, manage and guide the Customer Service team, fostering a productive and positive work environment
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
  • Stay updated with the latest product offerings
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate team performance and service quality
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance skills and performance

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Ideally Bachelor degree or above
  • Solid understanding of customer service principle and practices
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in customer services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, team management and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, helpdesk software and AI tools
