Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Oversee and manage the organisation's financial operations and budgeting processes.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on financial forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Manage relationships with financial service providers and auditors.
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial management across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Corporate Finance should have:

  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
  • Proven experience in a senior financial management role.
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
