About Our Client

A cool global luxury fashion brand.

Job Description

Strategic Leadership & Ownership

  • Take full ownership of our paid media growth, from building awareness at the top of the funnel to driving conversion and maximizing revenue across our e-commerce platform.
  • Lead all things performance media. Define the roadmap, manage budgets, set priorities, and guide both internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Act as the key performance voice to senior leadership. Connect acquisition results to business outcomes, lifetime value modeling, and revenue impact.
  • Balance short-term performance with long-term brand building. Run campaigns that deliver results while reinforcing lasting brand value.

Performance Optimization & Execution

  • Lead strategy and execution across core paid media channels including Google Ads, Shopping, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Programmatic. Optimize for ROAS, CAC, and revenue.
  • Own media planning, budget pacing, bidding strategy, and platform structure.
  • Build a structured testing program across creative, audiences, landing pages, and platforms. Scale what works, cut what doesn't.

Agency Management & Strategic Accountability

  • Collaborate with our media agency while holding them to high standards on performance, alignment, and ownership.
  • Be the internal authority on paid media results. Continuously raise the standard for strategy, creative, and execution.

Brand-First Performance

  • Protect the brand in every paid channel. Ensure all media reflects our voice, visual identity, and customer promise.
  • Work closely with brand, creative, and content leads to develop assets built for performance without compromising brand integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

  • Align efforts across marketing, creative, product, and analytics. Ensure paid media execution supports broader business goals.
  • Partner with Finance and Data to refine forecast models, improve spend efficiency, and demonstrate clear ROI.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in performance and growth marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands.

  • A proven track record of owning paid media strategy end to end, not just executing campaigns.

  • Confident in challenging agency recommendations, briefing senior leadership, and making high-impact business decisions.

  • Deep technical knowledge across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Shopping Feed Management, GA4, GTM, Looker, and A/B testing tools.

  • Strong command of key performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution models, incrementality, and media efficiency.

  • A strategic mindset paired with a sharp creative eye and a strong respect for brand consistency.

  • Experience in luxury, premium, or fashion e-commerce is a major plus. You understand brand positioning, aesthetic expectations, and the dynamics of high-consideration purchases.
