Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsA PE backed business which is going through a period of change and growthA high calibre Senior Leadership Team to learn fromAbout Our ClientMy client, a circa £150 million turnover Private Equity backed Manufacturing business received investment 2 years ago and is going through a period of change and growth and professionalising their Finance function.Job DescriptionOwnership of Group monthly reporting process and liaising with each entity's Finance teams to ensure group reporting timelines are met and group results delivered to Senior Management.Preparation of Group consolidation management accounts on a monthly basis- P&L, B/Sheet and cashflow statement at entity level (c14 entities in the group)Variances to Budget/ ForecastManage Interests on Debt with PE Investors or External banks.Manage reporting on debt covenants on a monthly/ quarterly basisWorking Capital analysis & KPIs by entity and at Group level with variances to Working Capital targets.Ownership of 13-week rolling cashflow forecasting process and consolidation of all entities' cashflow forecasts on a weekly basis with reviews with entities' finance teams and CFO.Ensure all entities follow Group Accounting policies and reporting of management accounts is in accordance with UK FRS 102.Monthly/ quarterly Balance Sheet reviews with entities.Control over intercompany balances including the impact on cash and recoverability.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all management information and group reporting.Ensure clear reconciliation of management accounts to local stat accounts.Main point of contact for Group UK Audit with ownership of the day-to-day liaison with UK auditors and entities' Finance teams ensuring Group audit is delivered in time.Work closely with entities' Finance teams, providing financial guidance in line with Group Finance's objectives and support to monitor performance.Lead and mentor junior team member providing training and development as necessary.The Successful ApplicantCIMA, ACCA and ACA QualifiedAdvanced Excel skills.Manufacturing experience preferred.3 to 5 years' in management accounting/ group reporting.What's on OfferA competitive salary and package, as well as a genuine opportunity to progress and see the business through an exit process in the medium term.ContactNikki Harper (nee Shellard)Quote job refJN-052025-6732375Phone number+44 161 829 0468Job summaryJob functionAccountingSubsectorFinancial ControllerSectorIndustrial / ManufacturingLocationWorsleyContract typePermanentConsultant nameNikki Harper (nee Shellard)Consultant phone+44 161 829 0468Job referenceJN-052025-6732375
