Job Description

  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS or relevant accounting standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with finance teams across the group to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support as required by the leadership team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Reporting Analyst should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification - ACA, ACCA - with a background in a top tier practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation processes.
  • Experience in the property industry or a similar sector is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
