This company has grown significantly in recent years and they are looking for a proven SHEQ leader to join their senior leadership team to help them as they continue on this journey.Job DescriptionThis is a H&S biased SHEQ Manager position and will have responsibilities across 6 sites for all health, safety, environmental and quality matters within the group.Other day-to-day responsibilities will include:Managing a multi-site team of SHEQ professionalsEnsuring compliance with all relevant legislation and accreditationsChampioning safety as the company's highest priority and demonstrating activities to support thisControlling the document management and quality management systemsProviding reports as required to show trends and improve target levelsPromoting and supporting continuous improvements in SHEQ performance across all aspects of the businessThe Successful ApplicantSuccessful candidates will have a strong safety background with an understanding of HSEQ and team management.
