The business has a rich history across their brand portfolio and are in a period of distinct growth.Due to growth, the business is looking to hire a Group FP&A Manager for their global business.Job DescriptionThe Group FP&A Manager will be responsible for:Manage the preparation of budgetsProduction and review of monthly accounts and highlight risks and opportunitiesPreparation of monthly reporting pack for the SLTBusiness partner with non-finance managers to understand the levers and performanceComplete re-forecasting processesLiaise with External AuditSupport balance sheet reconciliation reviewsThe Successful ApplicantThe successful FP&A Manager will be:A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)Demonstrable experience within FP&A within a corporate environmentAbility to manage workload independentlyStrong Excel skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to build relationships at all levels and influenceWhat's on OfferThe Group FP&A Manager role comes with a competitive base salary of £75,000-£85,000, plus car allowance, 10% bonus and other benefits.
