Job Description

- Lead a team of 8 accountants

- Month end-reporting

- Group consolidation

- Submission of IFRS packs

- Review of cash flows and balace sheet against forecast with commentary.

- budgets & reforecasts with conduction of long-term planning

- preparation of consolidated cashflows, balance sheet and variance analysis for submission to group

- Preparation of Group statutory accounts under IFRS & different GAAPs

- Subsidiary statutory accounting

- Point of contact for external audits, including related international entities
