Group Finance Manager

The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:

• Lead a and develop a finance team of six.
• Own the month-end process and deliver accurate group consolidation, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and setting the benchmark for financial excellence.
• Partner with senior leadership by providing insightful analysis of monthly financial performance and delivering actionable recommendations that drive strategic decisions.
• Craft the Group Update presented to the Board, distilling complex financial data into compelling insights that influence business direction.
• Take control of working capital management, producing precise cash flow forecasts that support operational agility and financial stability.
• Lead the annual budget cycle and rolling forecasts, aligning financial planning with the company's strategic goals.
• Manage the external audit process with confidence, acting as the primary liaison to ensure efficient, timely, and clean year-end audits.
• Champion process improvement, streamlining financial systems, reporting, and controls to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
