Highly profitable, the group will continue to acquire businesses with a likely exit in the next couple of years.As a result of the growth, the business is looking to hire a brand new Group Finance Manager.Job DescriptionReporting in to the Group Financial Controller, the Group Finance Manager will be responsible for:Leading a small teamPreparation of the the UK Statutory AccountsFinancial and management reportingPreparation of the financial statementsYear-end auditPreparation and delivery of compliance, liaising with external advisersBankAd-hoc as required and projectsThe Successful ApplicantA successful Group Finance Manager will likely be:A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA), ideally trained within a Top 20 Practice or industry trained with experience in a private equity backed environmentAbility to work with stakeholders at all levelsStrong Excel skillsPrior experience of group consolidationsAbility to manage work flow and deliver to tight deadlinesWhat's on OfferThe Group Finance Manager role comes with a base salary of circa £80,000-85,000, plus bonus and benefits.
