We are in need of a dedicated and skilled Group Finance Manager for Income Optimisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations relating to Service Charges, enhancing income optimisation and providing strategic financial guidance within a Housing Association.

Job Description

  • Oversee financial operations and income optimisation strategies.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and advice to senior management.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage the finance team effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and financial regulations.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and statements.
  • Utilise Power BI, MS Dynamics 365, and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Continually review processes for improvement and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Finance Manager should have:

  • CCAB recognised accounting qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, MS Dynamics 365, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of service charge activities and legislation, or relevant experience in Rents
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Excellent financial and commercial acumen.
  • Solid experience in a similar role within a Housing, Real Estate or Property organisation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing a team
