Job Description
- Lead and manage the accounting and finance department
- Oversee financial reporting and month-end closing
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company
- Analyse financial performance and forecast longer-term horizons
- Report to stakeholders with timely and accurate financial information
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Engage with the company's financial advisors on strategic finance decisions
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Group FC' should have:
- A degree in Finance or Accounting
- Certification as a Chartered Accountant
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Media & Agency industry
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
