Job Description

The responsibilities of the Graduate Support Analyst include:



  • Maintaining and operating multiple exchange platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations.


  • Providing first-line support via calls and help desk systems, escalating issues where necessary.


  • Troubleshooting technical problems, gathering information for effective issue resolution, and updating documentation.


  • Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes, monitoring live operations, and implementing platform changes.


  • Maintaining data integrity for securities listings and compiling outage reports as needed.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal Graduate Support Analyst candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a keen interest in financial markets. They will have technical experience with platforms like Unix/Linux, SQL databases, and scripting, alongside familiarity with market protocols and trading lifecycle processes.
