Job Description

Goods In & Out - Warehouse Leader, High Wycombe:

I am keen to draw your attention to the fact that often this role can be a very manual role, especially when there is a need to off load 40ft containers. As a guide they receive on average 4 x 40ft containers per month.

  • Receive, check & store materials into warehouses (currently a manual process, with view for business to instigating bar coding during the year)
  • Pick and move materials from Warehouse to Production
  • Pick, pack & dispatch our fast moving products
  • Carry out regular cycle counts
  • As part of a team carry out a full inventory stock take (annually)
  • Set up controllers - full training provided
  • Assist Logistics and Production during peak times (subject to approval from Warehouse Manager)
  • Take a lead with other warehouse staff, although the Warehouse Manager is ultimate manager of the whole team



The Successful Applicant

Goods In & Out - Warehouse Leader, High Wycombe:

  • Must hold a clear drivers licence and be capable of driving a 3.5T van.
  • Lives local to High Wycombe (max. 30min commute)
  • Ideally hold a current fork lift licence (max. 4T reach) - This is not essential and can be trained
  • Willing to work in two locations (High Wycombe & Aylesbury)
  • Ideally at least 3 years working in a similar role



Whilst all lifting equipment is available, you will need to be physically fit as the job is fairly fast paced, with lots of physical activity each and every day.

What's on Offer

A salary of circa £26,000 - £30,000 dependadnt upon experience and an excellent package
