Job Description

  • Oversee the Rates/FX Pricing Platform in the Global Markets e-Trading division.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve platform performance.

  • Ensure platform alignment with the company's technological objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new features.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Global Markets e-Trading - Rates/FX Pricing Platform - Team Lead - Director' should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Rates/FX Pricing Platforms.
  • Proven experience in leading a team within the financial services industry.
  • Experience in C#
  • Experience of collaborating with Developers/Traders and Quant professionals.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
