Global FP&A Senior Manager

The Senior Global FP&A Manager will be responsible for:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Lead the Record to Report process and deliver accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. This will involves analysing and summarizing and communication financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Performance Management: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track the performance vs goals and collaboratively working with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Leading the annual budgeting process and creating financial forecasts. Working directly with senior stakeholder to develop and process and consolidated plan that aligns with strategic goals.
• Strategic Planning: Supporting long-term strategic planning by providing financial analysis and modelling. This helps in making informed decisions about investments, cost management, and resource allocation.
• Process Improvement: Pro-actively lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems. Lead the development of our key reporting tools including One Stream Consolidation System, dashboards, implementing new financial tools to enhance data accuracy and streamlining reporting processes.
• Business Partnering: Collaborating with finance teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making to drive results. This includes working closely with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges in addition to supporting the regional finance teams on key global activities.
• Control: Oversee Cost control and reporting of Global cost centres working with Senior leaders to develop plans for their functional areas.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. This also involves working with our internal and control teams to identifying and mitigating financial risks
• Adhoc: Analytics for the leadership team and preparation of board reports. Financial modelling, evaluation & decision support of global strategic activities
