Global Category Manager

Lead and manage complex negotiations through planning, performing cost analysis by creating total cost or acquisition/ product cost lifecycle models, drafting of contracts and creating business cases to maximize the value proposition across all major categories.Be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining relevant integrated commodity/category supplier strategies that have a clear vision and a strategy for the designated supply chain(s) which requires understanding of the commodity landscape, associated risks, and ability to conduct long term planning.Strategic sourcing and procurement across multiple categories and sub-categories in complex indirects and also a direct/raw material supply chains [mainly indirects], as well as site-procurement responsibilities.Manage the identification, assessment, and mitigation of commercial risks within the supply chain to ensure continuity and resilience.Manage & lead a team of buyer(s) to excel in their strategic tasks by fostering skill development and achieving superior outcomes for the business.
