We are seeking a meticulous and proactive German speaking finance candidate for a 12-month temporary position. The successful candidate must be fluent in German, written and oral but finance experience is not essential.

Job Description

  • Managing and processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Performing credit checks and managing payment terms.
  • Reconciliation of accounts and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Communicating effectively with clients to resolve any issues.
  • Working closely with the accounting team to ensure financial reports are accurate.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Good time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Finance experience is not essential for this role but is desired.
