Job Description

Drive sales and revenue growth across all stores, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

· Develop and run sales & marketing strategies to enhance market presence and attract new customers.

· Recommend improvements and best practices on profitability systems, programs, and policies; collaborate with relevant business units and support teams as needed.

· Develop and integrate all plans and strategies to achieve maximum profits and increased earnings.

· Exercise full accountability for the company's Profit and Loss and develop and run plans to keep the company on track with its committed objectives.· Lead and drive strategic plans for the improvement of standards in attaining targets.

· Ensure that all stores maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction.

· Review and approve process improvement recommendations relating to customer experience management or complaints management.

· Determine the applicability of quality programs/best practices and champion their execution.

· Develop and implement an organisation plan consistent with the accomplishment of long-range established objectives, enhancing each stores effectiveness.

· Achieve maximum direct labour profit, delineating responsibilities and authority, and providing inter-store interaction and defining supporting relationships for integrating all efforts toward the achievement of company strategic objectives.

· Lead the establishment of an organisation that will support the functional and operational needs of the stores.

· Oversee the development and implementation of people planning and management development programs necessary to meet company goals.

· Evaluate store executive's performance and align succession planning activities.

· Foster a positive and engaging work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

The Successful Applicant

· Proven experience in a senior management role within the consumer services, hospitality or retail industry.

· Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

· Excellent financial acumen and experience managing Profit and Loss.

· Demonstrated ability to drive sales and revenue growth.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to develop and implement quality improvement strategies.

· Experience in organisational planning and development.
