About Our Client

YOH are a community-led charity based in East London and West Essex. We support children aged 8 to 25 who are marginalised, vulnerable or at risk of social exclusion. We engage children who have slipped through the net of existing provisions and support them in accessing positive pathways. Our work at the grassroots level has been recognised independently, but we now need to develop our strategic activities to support our practitioners.
