Leading law firm is seeking a fully remote finance solicitor to join their highly successful team.

This is a permanent role.

Job Description

As a finance solicitor you will be focusing on a broad range of banking and finance transaction with a particular focus on derivatives, including hedging aspects of loan-linked and securitisation-linked matters. As well as negotiating ISDAs, GMRAs, GMSLAs and other trading documentation.

The Successful Applicant

The successful finance / derivatives solicitor will be England & Wales qualified, or any common law jurisdiction qualified.

As the role will have a focus on the derivatives space it is essential you have at least 2+ years experience working on these transactions.
