Job Description

As Office Co-ordinator, you will:

  • Manage the front desk, ensuring all visitors and clients receive a warm and professional welcome.
  • Oversee incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members efficiently.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure all spaces are well-maintained and presentable.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers for timely replenishments.
  • Assist with organising internal events and team activities as needed.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance within the office space.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to various teams as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Front of House & Office Coordinator should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or administrative role, ideally in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude to manage changing priorities.
