Job Description

  • Oversee financial planning and analysis activities
  • Providing strategic advice to the leadership team and other internal stakeholders
  • Provide strategic financial input and advice on decision-making issues
  • Co-ordinate and execute monthly forecasts and budgeting
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for senior management
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulations
  • Variance analysis
  • Cost controlling
  • Business partnering approach

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A should have:

  • We are looking for someone with an undergraduate degree, ideally in finance or accounting
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong understanding of management accounts
  • Proficient in all aspects of corporate accounting and all pertinent regulations
  • Excellent computer skills; especially with Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to direct and supervise
  • Strong at relationship building and management
  • Be confident in having challenging conversations
  • Have initiative and tenacity to get things done
