Michael Page is partnering with a Global FMCG business based in Chiswick, West London. Our client is looking to recruit for an FP&A Manager, and this is an exciting time to join the business

Job Description

As the FP&A Manager the role holder will have responsibility for delivering key forecasting and reporting activities. The remit will cover multiple regions and deal with multiple stakeholders.

This role is aimed at developing, coordinating, and ensuring quality reporting and insightful analysis across the business.in order to give a deeper understanding of performance and be able to give insight to help drive the business forward.

  • Manage relationships with regions and support the regional finance teams on key global activities
  • Preparation and analysis of business results and communication to Senior Management team
  • Challenging regions/operations to drive results
  • Adhoc analytics for leadership team and preparation of some reports
  • External insight analysis including competitor analysis
  • Development of analytical tools, trend analysis
  • Annual target setting modelling involving internal & external insights
  • Develop process for key planning cycles e.g. Budget.
  • Financial modelling, evaluation & decision support of global activities

The Successful Applicant

  • FP&A Finance experience
  • Qualified Accountant
  • High end analytical skills
  • Track record of providing robust and informative financial analysis, including planning and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to make financial analysis easily understood
  • Highly conscientious with good attention to detail, coupled with a broad perspective
  • Ability to plan optimally and work under own initiative



  • Strong technical accounting skills
  • FMCG experience desirable but not essential
  • Accountancy
