Job Description

The key responsibilities of an FP&A Analyst will include:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial forecasts and budgets for key stakeholders.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial modelling and scenario analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Utilise financial systems and tools to extract, analyse, and present data effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial systems and tools such as Excel or equivalent software.
  • An ability to interpret financial data and provide clear recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
