Job Description

  • Conduct regular financial planning, analysis and reporting.
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
  • Collaborate with different departments to enhance financial performance.
  • Provide strategic insights to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • An educational background in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Proficient in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
