Our client is a fast-growing, international technology company specialising in cloud-based solutions for the construction and property industry. They support major contractors, developers, and asset owners by digitising project management, compliance, and asset lifecycle processes, with a strong presence across the UK and Ireland.

Job Description



  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning.


  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.


  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to keep business performance on track.


  • Partner with teams across the business to gather critical data and build a full financial picture.


  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends early, and highlight areas needing attention.


  • Prepare polished, insightful reports and presentations for executives and board members.


  • Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects to support strategic initiatives.



The Successful Applicant



  • Professionally qualified (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with 2-4 years of experience in FP&A or similar financial roles.


  • Highly skilled in Excel with strong financial modelling abilities.


  • Confident working with data integrations from multiple systems and using reporting tools like PowerBI.


  • Strong analytical thinker with a knack for solving complex problems and simplifying data.


  • Excellent communicator, able to present financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.


  • Experience with NetSuite is an advantage; familiarity with HubSpot or JIRA is a bonus.


  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to perform under deadlines.


  • Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing business environment.
