We are seeking a proficient FP&A Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will have a knack for financial planning, analysis, and have an eye for detail.

Job Description

  • Conduct financial planning and analysis to support business decision making.
  • Develop financial models and provide analytical support for business initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Analyse financial data and create financial strategies for decision support.
  • Improve financial status by analysing results, monitoring variances, and identifying trends.
  • Coordinate with various teams to review financial information and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly strong in Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Understanding of the Business Services industry and its financial aspects.
