Job Description

  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial forecasts and budgets to support business planning.
  • Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends or risks.
  • Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Accountant should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis within the financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
