Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage and enhance supplier relationships to ensure value across the supply chain.
  • Oversee Facilities Management and Procurement Services within the organisation.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising on service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry and organisational standards.
  • Monitor market trends to inform procurement strategies.
  • Promote sustainable and ethical procurement practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FM & PS Category Manager should have:

  • A degree in a related field such as Business or Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and facilities management.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
