Known for its commitment to innovation and quality, the company has a broad presence across the UK, and this role will be based in Redditch.Job DescriptionCoordinate vehicle orders and manage administrative tasks, including communicating delivery timelines and updates to drivers.Monitor and update fleet databases, ensuring all driver information, vehicle allocations, and contract details are accurate and up to date.Oversee mileage collection and service schedule tracking to maintain vehicle performance and compliance.Administer MOT reminders, penalty charge notices, and damage claims, escalating unresolved issues where necessary.Arrange vehicle movements, including hires, collections, inspections, and replacements to minimise downtime and support drivers effectively.Carry out vehicle condition checks during handovers to identify and record any damage.Support licence checking processes and maintain accurate records in line with company policy.Actively manage vehicle recalls and provide ongoing support for fleet-related downtime.Collaborate with HR Shared Services to ensure smooth updates to fleet records for new starters, leavers, and internal role changes.Process, log, and track all fleet-related invoices to ensure timely payments and accurate reporting.The Successful ApplicantA successful Fleet Administrator should have:Strong administrative background with skills that can be applied to a fleet environment (direct fleet experience not required).Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.Well-organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.Proactive and adaptable, with a positive, "hands-on" approach to day-to-day challenges.Eager to learn and grow, with a genuine interest in developing new skills within the team and wider business.Must hold a full UK driving licence.What's on OfferAn estimated salary range of £25000 to £30000 GBPGenerous holiday leaveA supportive and collaborative company cultureOpportunity to work with an industry-leading retail organisationConveniently located in Redditch, with easy access to public transportIf you have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
