Job Description

  • Covering P&L and balance sheet controls, valuation oversight, and audit/regulatory engagement
  • Responsible for calculating and analysing valuation controls
  • Ownership of quarterly valuation disclosures and reporting
  • Collaborated with valuation governance teams to enhance methodologies and maintain accurate, up-to-date procedural documentation
  • Supported process improvement and automation initiatives across financial control systems, including technical enhancements and new product implementation
  • Partnered with the Accounting Policy team to apply and maintain appropriate accounting standards and procedures
  • Contributed to governance processes and supported internal control frameworks, including SOX compliance

The Successful Applicant

  • Preferably Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or CFA with good working knowledge of accounting concepts
  • Good working knowledge of accounting concepts
  • Confident Excel skills
