Job Description

  • Oversee the preparation and review of all financial reports in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and supporting documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial reporting processes.
  • Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making within the organisation.
  • Manage and develop financial reporting systems and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with not-for-profit accounting standards and policies.
  • Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Reporting Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in financial reporting within the accounting and finance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of not-for-profit accounting principles and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
