Job Description

  • Providing financial support and analysis for strategic decision making.
  • Liaising with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.
  • Participating in financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Identifying financial risks and opportunities within the organisation.
  • Assisting in the implementation of financial systems and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Partnering with business units to drive financial performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Planning & Business Partner should have:

  • Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA, QBE may be considered.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and business partnering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Strong systems experience, including creating customised reports within FPA reporting tools (oracle and Hyperion preferred).
  • A thorough understanding of financial regulations and standards.
