Job Description

  • Overseeing all financial operations within the Accounting & Finance department
  • Developing and executing strategic financial plans and objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Providing insightful financial reports to aid in decision-making
  • Collaborating with other departments to align financial goals with company objectives
  • Identifying areas for cost reduction and financial improvement
  • Managing the annual budgeting and planning process
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of finance professionals

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven leadership skills within the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent financial reporting and analysis skills
  • Ability to demonstrate where they have implemented a business partnering framework into their previous workplace
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
  • The ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans
