Market leaders in the FMCG industry, they seek an experienced Financial Controller to join their dynamic finance team.Job DescriptionOversee month end, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, audit process and external personnel.Contribute to financial strategy and decision-making process, budget analysis and inter-departmental support.Provide timely and accurate financial statements, analyse reports and provide recommendations.Ensure robust financial systems and processes are in place and optimised.Responsible for credit management and developing forecasting models.Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies.Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities.The Successful Applicant A successful Financial Controller should have:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).Experience as a FC in a pan-European structure.Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting and planning.Strong IT and people-management skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.What's on OfferUp to £70,00 salary, dependent on experience.A generous holiday allowance of 25 days per year.On site parkingCompany BonusA chance to grow and lead a team within a globally recognised retail company.Are you ready to take the next step in your career and make a significant impact in a large retail organisation?
