Job Description

  • Oversee financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
  • Manage 3 Assistant Financial Accountants
  • Manage Intercompany transactions
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial management reports.
  • Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs.
  • Work closely with the Accounting & Finance Department to ensure financial security.
  • Comply with all financial regulations and legislation.
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure correct and necessary financial control.
  • Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
  • Respond to queries by the management and provide financial advice.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Accountant should have:

  • Relevant educational background in Finance, Accounting or similar.
  • Proficiency in use of financial software and systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
  • Good knowledge of accounting procedures and practices.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.

What's on Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £162 to £198 per day.
  • A temporary role turning permanent
