This client offers the opportunity to work 3-4 days from home and 1-2 days per week from the office.Job DescriptionAs Finance Transformation Manager / Finance Business Partner, working as part of the newly established change team, you will be responsible for:Reviewing individual business cases regarding change and transformation projects and supporting finance managers in improving the financial contentInputting into the design of business cases, taking into account affordability and budgetary constraintsTake responsibility for the 5 year modelSet up processes to enable benefits monitoring / trackingIdentify areas of improvement, and up skill the finance team where requiredThe Successful ApplicantMy client is looking for a Qualified Accountant that can demonstrate previous experience in business partnering, and has exposure to prioritisation of projects at group level. You should be a good communicator and strong at creating and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders. You will have experience within larger organisations and preferably will have worked within hard / product based industries as opposed to Financial Services.
